Does anybody know whether there is any installer available setting up PHP 4.x.x on Windows IIS INCLUDING openssl?
There isnt a specific installer for IIS you must read the README file which shows how you install PHP on IIS just remember not everything works as expected on the Windows System and especially using IIS
