very simple simple cookie question

My question is regarding the time, how do I set the cookie to never expire?

You set it a couple of million seconds into the future. I can't see any situation why you would need to do this. If they haven't been back to your site in 3 or 4 months they probably aren't too bothered about it and having a cookie there is just pointless
