I have just finished installing the upgrade to 4.3.6. I am running IIS 5.0 and windows 2000 advanced server. Before I had no problems with php but now it is acting strange.
Example: When you navigate to a site on the server using php it takes approx. 20 secs to load. But once loaded navigating throughout the site is quick like before. It seems like php needs to get "jump started". Any ideas what it could be? I know its not the internet connection because non php sites are loading the same as before.
