Create new .TXT server-side

I'm not sure how to go about this but what I would like is to be able to create a new .TXT file on my server when a new user "signs up" to my site. I'm trying to combine this with a Flash dynamic login, basicaly the name of the .TXT file is the username and the text inside the file is the password.

How do I create the new .TXT file?

You should use the [man]Filesystem[/man] functions to accomplish this.

$fp = fopen( "{$username}.txt", 'w' );
fwrite($fp, $password);
fclose($fp);
