ignorance of the rules and etiquette are no excuse, follow the links from my posts until you get to the FAQ and Newbie help threads that people spent lots of time compiling so that people wouldnt have to ask questions over and over, and might learn something, rather than always relying on others...
phpBB offers a pretty straight forward HOWTO on installing itself... I dont see why you couldn' t read that and see what it entails.
for future reference:
break rules/guidelines, get unhelpful and uninformative replys
ask a yes or no question, get a yes or no answer
spam forum after forum with the exact same question, and you may end up with a thread full of posts that relate to your post in only 1 way, the fact that its posted on phpBuilder
