urls in mail body not working ?

Hi all,

I am sending html embeded text in mail body to show the user hyperlinks and images. I can see them in html formatting good. But when it come to HYPERLINKS it is showing "Http://xyz.com/builder". I am not getting any web page clicking on the hyper link.

How can i correct it.
