Mine seems to be. Only at certain times though. On the link below is my forum that I just got running. When you try to register it tends to fail. I am running the newest version of Apache, php and mysql, please help.

When I try to register and agree with the terms it just gives me a 404-error.... If all other scripts work fine i'd re-install the BB-script
