Will this Conflict? stripslashes(htmlentities())

Hello,

Just a quick question. Will this cause me problems?:

<?php echo stripslashes(htmlentities($member_address)); ?>

Will stripslashes() remove necessary slashes from htmlentities()?

If there is a problem with this, can someone recommend a better solution.

I'm passing form variables and placing them again into form fields which is why I need to both stripslashes, and convert quotes etc to htmlentities.

Actually I think this is the better way, no?

<?php echo htmlentities(stripslashes($member_address)); ?>

This way the slashes will get stripped first and then htmlentities will do it's thing correct?

Yes, you should use stripslashes() before htmlentities().
