Any good PHP books?

I tried printing out the manual from php.net but after seeing the 2700+ pages I became discouraged.

Does anyone know of a very good book for beginners, that covers everything from the basics to what each piece of code means and does. Or know of a place cheaper then Kinko. (Kinko's wanted $237 for double sided binded copy of the manual.
