MYSQL on XP setup problem

This may be a stupid question,...

But I downoaded and installed MySQL on my Win XP desktop. I want to use Navicat to migrate an Access DB to MySQL - so I need a local MySQL db to connect to.

So I successfully install MySQL. However, how in the hell do I start MySQL? There is no launch icon on Start Menu; when I look in Program Files> mysq- there is no launch icon either.

Well, how in the hell do I start MySQL then?

mysqld-nt.exe in your mysql/bin/ folder (I think. I'm not at home right now.)

There's also an option to run mysql as a service when you first install it.
