DLL error, please help

I was able to access my DLL through COM, but whenever i call the methods inside DLL, i am getting this warning message and not getting any result from it

Warning: (null)(): Invoke() failed: Exception occurred. Source: Unavailable Description: Unavailable in C:\Apache ......

hope u can help me determine why im getting this message..
