Header 2 Body Banner Placement = Parse Error = Please Help

I am trying to move the banner variable from the header into the body of the page to to show at the right side of the page logo which is at the top left... I keep getting a "parse error on line 72"... I think is's a simple fix but I have tried 60 or 70 changes and still can't get it to work... can anybody please offer help or a suggestion... thanks... you will need to reopen your echo statement here:
</td></tr></table></td></tr>n"

thats right after the include.

But I got this parse error again... but a different line...

first try getting rid of the 's
if ($banner){
and echo

those are invalid.

and then the problem is you are calling a function that doesnt exist, probably because of the parse error.

There is no s in the code this happens when I post on this board but isnt in the script... these are spaces in the code but show up here like underscores
