I have done a search on this forum but could not find a way to resize a bmp image.
I use the following functions to handle jpg, png, and wbmp images.
imagecreatefromjpeg(),
imagecreatefrompng(),
imagecreatefromwbmp(),
imagejpeg(),
imagepng(),
imagewbmp().
Unfortunately to my surprise, there aren't equivalent functions to handle bmp images.
Let me say that wbmp is not the same as bmp. wbmp is black/white image format for wireless devices only.
Is there a way to resize a bmp image after upload? If not, is it possible to use php to convert bmp to jpg, gif or png?
