Does anyone know of a way to have outlook only display an E-Mail in the full window only ?

Sending a php based E-mail for boxes to be completed and sent back.
Outlook can handle the message as a basic web page, so the form submission works, but only partially. It does however work fully in full window. Methinks it is something to do with ActiveX content within the mail, but I could be wrong.
Just wondering if anyone had come across this either by accident or on purpose..
