Can anyone recommend a php host that keeps its php version, and associated libraries reasonably uptodate? So it should be running 4.3 and GD 2.0.1 at least...

Clook.net looks good to me. I was checking out their reseller packages but I don't know what they mean whey they say "Private Nameserver". Anybody know what that means (and when I click on the link for it nothing happens).

I assume private nameserver means your own DNS server name for your clients, as in NS1.VAASKA.COM, NS2.VAASKA.com instead of your host's. So basically your clients don't know they're not your servers.

Well you can get reseller accounts with 1Gb space and 10Gb bandwidth for $10 a month! With private DNS servers at $1 extra!! Loads of places do them just google.

I missed Dean Allen's <a href='http://www.textdrive.com'>TextDrive.com</a> offer by a couple days. I don't think there is anybody more diligent and trustworthy when it comes to handling server space, issues, ethics. I'm rather bummed I missed out on this...
