Boot Computer then Load php page

Hi:
I need to when a computer boots up to immediately open a browser and go into the specified php file inside a network.

My question is how do I get the browser to run on startup.

Umm, a Windows computer?

Make a shortcut to the page and put it in the "startup" folder.

or use registry

--add.reg
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
"PHP"="iexplore \\computername\folder\file.php"
/--add.reg

save those 3 lines to add.reg and double click on the file, say yes, and then explorer will open when the computer starts and execute the given file on the network

... and if you want to change it, you have to hack the registry again. Just because you can hack the registry for a solution, doesn't mean you should. The shortcut in Startup should suffice.
