change header and footer

Hi,

I want to change the header and footer of an external website. How do I do it?

For example, I want to get http://galaxyhit.com search results on my homepage, but with my header and footer.

Most likely they (galaxyhit.com) are not going to let you do that....

If you had their permission, they might be able to give you code from their site and you could maybe use the html inline frames (iframes):
