Yes, I saw it. No, I didn't vote. I'm too farsighted to even tell she had cleavage based on that photo.
Of course, anyone reading that story would side with the kid, but without further information I can't justify forming an opinion either way. There are two sides to most stories.
When I was a teacher, we occasionally had to send kids home to change. There is such a thing as dress code. Whether this girl was in violation can't be seen from where I was looking. And, really, that's quite a (no pun intended) touchy area ... as a general rule, if it would look OK on most any girl in school, you don't pick on the one who's a little ahead of the others...you just deal with it.
However, some kids do do things out of line, and you have to call 'em on it. Some years ago, a frosh or sophomore girl who really wasn't a great band member, but was there anyway, came to me just before the bus left for a parade, saying "my uniform doesn't fit!" and saying that we hadn't measured her correctly.
Everyone in the room was staring at her, because she was hefting a set of knockers the size of ham hocks, and everyone knew that she was a B-cup [at best]. Seems she'd taken a shine to a certain senior trombone player, and thought that she might impress him by appearing a tad, um, more mature, should we say?
I sent her out to the restroom with a female assistant, who after a while came back and said that Ronda (not her real name) had gone home, wouldn't be on the trip that day, and that the girls in the band could not use the rest rooms if they expected to need any toilet paper.
There was a girl who needed sent home. This one? Not enough evidence 😉
