Variables & Parse Errors !!!

Hey everyone,

i just made an order form but i want it to email me the information instead of adding it to a database,

the fields in my form are:
name1
email
website
serv
notes

and i want it to send me an email in the format of....

Name: $name1
Email: $email
Website: $website
Service: $serv
Script Description:
$notes

and here is the code i have...

Parse error: parse error in /home/icthost3/public_html/sendscript.php on line 8

Can Anyone Help Me Please ???
