Can we autoformat the CSV file through PHP header settings..??

Hi Guys,

When i am autogenerate a CSV (comma seperated value) ..is there any possibility to fix autoformat option of columns through PHP ...

csv is text, no formatting...don't understand your question

Yea..it may be text..but when we open in Excel file..the formatting is required for each coloumns...i hope now you can understand...

How can I format an excel spreadsheet with PHP after I pass a CSV file to it?

1. PHP can use COM to open an XL sheet and manipulate it (note: windoze only).

2. Define a template XL sheet and pass the CSV to it, then SAVE AS something else
