Comma/Word Re-arrangement

Does anyone know how to re-arrange words based on the position of a comma.

For example if I have a name written as: Morrissette, Alanis

How do I re-position the name to display without the comma as: Alanis Morrissette

Basically I would have to grab all the words after the comma and move them to the front.
