Its a custom CRM (customer relationship management) package. You won't be able to simply download one like it. At a (very) rough guess I'd estimate that would be about £2500 (US$4000) worth of development; its not that complicated.

it's doable in php, why don't you attempt to do it instead of finding some sort of template?

i suggest trying something smaller and easier while you 'hone' your coding skills...then move on to attempting something like that. To be honest the stuff there isn't very complicated to do but...very tedious =)
