hi

im need to build a page in which a user can slect a quanity of different products and on the same page put in thier deatails. But the user doesn't pay for the items yet. An email is then sent to the merchant who will then contact the user about their order. What it needs to also have it a conformation of the quainty of the product and the user's deatails.
what is the best way to do this? bear in mind i have little experience with PHP. I have been looking at form processing scripts, is that the right way to go about it? I need the easyist way.

any help would be greatly appriciated.

Although what you described was a collection of moderatly easy php scripts, it will take a little skill to piece it all together. Your best bet is to just learn PHP, or pay someone to build the site for you. You might be able to find a pre-made application that does something liek this, but in the end your going to need to modify it to taste and that will require php skill.

PHP is not hard to learn, just start with the basics, and work from there. I'm sure that using google and php.net, you'll uncover a plethra of tutorials.
