I have finally decided the route to go, instead of try to make my own template engine, I plan on using smarty. I cannot seem to find many beginner tutorials for it.
I did a google search but it did not turn up much in the way of real tutorials, at least not ones for beginners.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
And in your opinion is smarty a good template engine for CMS/Forum type pages? if not, then what would you suggest ?
