Auto-Post .. possible ?

Hi,

This might sound like a daft question but is it possible to simulate the post of a form. What I need to do is pre-build a form from my Db and if all the details are already complete then auto-post it, if some are missing I will display it for further user entry.

It has to be a "Post" as I am sending the details to an another web site.
