Php Help Please

Hi everyone

I am trying to get my website together with a page which can let someone submit a file to me such .MP3 and image files. I have no idea how to do this any help would be software which can do it or a easy sample page which lets me change the email so if comes to me I clear that I need files as well. Any help would be great.
