how can i make a system authentication with https mode?
first you have to get a secure certificate and install it on your site. If you have this then you can access your site via https://www.yourdomain.com.
Then all you have to do is check the port the request comes in on and make sure it's port 81. If it's port 80 then redirect to https://www.watever.com/login.php and that will force https login.

https uses port 443 by standard, so you will want to check for that number instead of 81.
