It looks like things are ok relatively. Somebody is just using spoofing my email account - the spam is not originating from my server as I feared. I'm also not recieving a gazillion undelivered in my email boxes so I guess it's another indication things are so bad.
I'm not so confident with their support anymore as english is clearly not their first language and some of the answers don't even make sense.
What I'm not sure about, perhaps somebody knows, if I delete the email account in question, would it somehow stop the spammers from using the account? I don't think it would, but I'm just about ready to toss this account I've had for 5 years now...
I did some reading for about 30 mins today about just how bad the problem is with spam - I knew it was bad, but I had no idea how bad it really is...
If you remember the good ole' IRC (internet relay chat) from many years ago, I read an article last week about how they still can not find a way to tame it. It's still the untouched wild west.
