1: Use the "order by" clause:

2: Use the "where" clause:

You might want to spend some time reading the MySQL docs before asking questions, this is all pretty basic stuff that's covered quite well in them.

It's just a string.

If you want the current page you can do
$url = $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'];
