Bad HTTP_REFERER

Hey all
Lately i been having problems with a Bad HTTP_REFERER, this might not be caused by the webserver (Apache 2.0.49), cause on my other computers i dont have the problem, is this a security issue in IE 6 ? or does any one know, cause it´s driving me crazy.

'HTTP_REFERER'

The address of the page (if any) which referred the user agent to the current page. This is set by the user agent. Not all user agents will set this, and some provide the ability to modify HTTP_REFERER as a feature. In short, it cannot really be trusted.

Is this happen in the script or when you are trying to request to other website?
