HELP. I DON'T KNOW PHP BUT I NEED A BASIC SITE MEMBER REGISTRATION. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING ONLINE BUT NO SCRIPTS SEEM TO FUNCTION PROPERLY.
I WANT VISITORS TO BECOME MEMBERS. THEY WILL SIGN UP, PICK A USER NAME AND PASSWORD. MY SITE WILL NEVER BE BIG TIME SO I WANT THE USER NAMES AND PASSWORDS TO BE WRITTEN ONTO ANOTHER PHP FILE.
ANYONES HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

You have not broken any rules, but you SEEM TO HAVE THE CAPSLOCK KEY STUCK.
I FIGURED THAT WOULD BE THE THING. FOR THE LIFE OF ME I CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHY PEOPLE ARE OFFENDED BY ALL CAPS. I UNDERSTAND CAPS ARE BOLD AND STRONG BUT ACTUALLY HOW MUCH OF THAT IS REALLY JUST A PSYCH JOB? DO ALL CAPS REALLY BRING INJURY OR IS IT JUST US LOST IN OUR OWN OBJECT ASSOCIATION MINDS? OF COURSE SUPERFICIALITY HAS TO WIN BECAUSE SUPERFICIALITY JUST DOESN'T HAVE THE CONSCIOUSNESS TO LOOK BEYOND THE FIRST INSTANCE.
IN ANY EVENT, MY CAPS LOCK KEY IS BROKEN SO THIS IS NOT INTENTIONAL. I BEG ALL THOSE WHO ASSUMED THIS WAS INTENTIONAL TO RECONSIDER THE OBVIOUS PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECT OF ALL THIS. IF WE LEAP INTO THE PUDDLE, WE JUST MIGHT END UP IN A DITCH KNEE DEEP.

If your capslock key is broken then why not turn your computer off and on again - it defaults to off - oh you can't, because your power button is also broken and you have one of those on order, too.
Or use the accessibility options to put up that little keyboard display, or press shift five times on the trot
Ha ha ha...I almost forgot to laugh at that last one about booting off my computer. The default may be lowercase but when XP comes on, it detects the broken key as CAP...hence all caps. I am obviously using a new keyboard if now my English characters are lower case for the smoothies out there.
My hat goes out to all the members who DID give their support to my PHP quest. I am checking those out right now.
