Ok, not sure which method would be best so I come to the experts! 😃

Ok, I have this doc that is really really really long and I want to put like a "table of contents" with linkable anchors and stuff. I have the TOC done, but I want it to float up and down the page as the user scrolls up and down the page. How do I do this? I have seen this done and not excactly sure if this is standard html (doubt it), php, or javascripting. Sorry please help😕

It is possible while following the standards. You have to use CSS and a div and setting it to a fixed position. This will not work in IE, though. If you're going to make it work on IE, you'll have to use JavaScript.
