Directory Browsing

Hmmm.. so I want to develop a script that will go to directories, my host directory being C:/foxserv/www/gallery/gallery/ , so It could browse the subfolders and report their links. I've seen many tutorials on how to show the current files, and link to download them, but as far as clicking on a directory link, and then having the loop re-do itself for that directory, I have not yet found.. This is the first step, next step would be to set out only the the jpeg/jpg extensions, but I can figure that out, as I've done gallery scripts before.. So.. any suggestions or pointers to other tutorials, something to start on...?

Here's a bit of code that I did for an old gallery of mine:

$dir = "./";
if (isset($_GET['dir']))
{
   $dir = $_GET['dir'];
}
$dir_array = array();
$directory = opendir("./");
while ($f = readdir($directory)) {
   if(is_dir($rep.$f) && $f!=="." && $f!=="..") {
      $dir_array[] = "<a href=\"index.php?dir=$f\">$f</a><br>";
   }
}closedir($directory);

Then I just foreach through the $dir_array and echo the links.
