Anyone have a good idea to stop someone from earning credits if they view a banner within so many seconds. Trying to figure out a good way to stop cheaters.

When your banner is clicked, you may store in a mysql table the client Ip adress and the current time as a timestamp.

Then when a client clicks on the banner, you search your table for his IP, if found you calculate the difference between the current time and what you stored in the database.

($CurrentTimeStamp - $OldTimeStamp) / 60 gives you the number of minutes elapsed since the last click.
