ask to save file open opening domain

what do u think would be the problem here?

i just recompile my php with my apache server on freebsd server and everytime i access the domain like www.domain.com it will going to pop up the save open window i dont know whats wrong.

is there's anything i can do for this to be fixed?

It sounds like your apache does not know how to handle the file type e.g. .php.

Did you tell apache in the config to pass .php files through the php program/module?

The above of course asumes that the file which is the DirectoryIndex is php.
