How do I do this in PHP/MySQL

I am creating a Computer Inventory Database in PHP/MySQL, What I am wanting to do is what they have done on this website

www.computeralliance.com.au/systems.aspx

Instead of the drop down boxes I want to have text fields so I can enter in the information and I want to be able to have as they have the little + sign beside the component so for example I can add more than 1 hard drive.

Does anybody know how I can do this in PHP / MySQL

I think what you want is Javascript. A way to quickly add new fields and then enter data. You could certainly do it with PHP but I believe it would be rather tedious to use if you have alot of options. However, text fields would not ensure that you would get the right information from a general user, but that might not be an issue if it's for some internal project.
