handling uploaded files

Hi im having a problem with handling uploaded files.

$_FILES['picture'];

echo "$picture_name";

move_uploaded_file($_FILES['picture']['tmp_name'],"".$_FILES['picture']['name']);
copy($_FILES['picture']['tmp_name'], $_FILES['picture']['name']);

I get the filename and am trying to copy the file to somewhere else.

This is the output i get:

this: , 1, , spacer.gif,

The php file that handles this is in directory /www/admin/

Really i want to move the file to /www/v5/images/

Looks like it's just a permission problem. Just make it so the webserver can write to the directory you want to copy the files to.

also be advised that move_uploaded_file() and copy() are expecting full paths as destination arguments.
