Hi, I want to be able to serve up pages from my local machine; I have Apache, PHP and DB all set up fine. However the problem I'm running into is forwarding port 80 on the router we have at the house. If I add an entry into the Virtual Server section to open 80 on my local IP address (10.0.0.5 ) and then type the IP of the router into the browser I would expect to see my index page served up. The actual result is that the auth dialog is shown and when someone enters the correct username and password they have access to my router admin. I took that off pretty damned quick I can tell you.
So, can anyone help me setting up my local machine as a webserver through my router?
