table design question

Hi All,

Another table design question.

This one is a DB for a Store Finder! I don't find the design to be as evident.

There would be 3 tables of course.

Zip Code Database From:
http://www.zipcodeworld.com/zipcodepremium.htm

Store DB:
Store Name
Address
City
State
Zip Code
Country

Brand:
Brand Name

What would be a good Table Design?
I do have a good understanding of table design, but this one seems less evident.

Well the zip code db already has the city state and zip in it so don't store that information agan just store an external link into that table, other then that your design looks pretty good.
