how to popup with values from parent php page?

I have a php page, also open a popup window showing values dynamically from DB. I have already read the DB and have values in my parent form itself. Now how do I print it in my popup window.

Something like that. Pass the variables through the URL of your new window

my code opens up the window but says page not found. i cudnt figure it out.

What path does it state for file not found - make sure it is the correct one that relates to the message.php file stated in the javascript open function.
