I downloaded software to setup a links directory. The Readme file gave instruction on changing the config files. Next it said Run/install.php and Run/admin.php. Follow the steps afterwards.
This is where I am stuck. I am unable to execute the Run command. What do I do?
Second question. I am following a tutorial on creating my first php page. It is asking me to create a file name Hello World.php to upload to my root directory. The goal is to access the file and have the php test appear on my browser.
My problem is I can't change my file name extension to .php. Any suggestions?
