At the moment, I call it GTK-Fractal.
It's written entirely in PHP-GTK (hence the name).
To anyone interested in learning GTK, I highly recommend it. It makes for some ugly code, but it's really fun! 🙂

May I ask what PHP-GTK is? Appears to be some sort of "compilable" version of PHP based on the name and pics.
GTK is the Gnome ToolKit, used mostly to create GUI programs. PHP-GTK is an implementation to use PHP with the GTK classes and functions. http://gtk.php.net/
