Upload/Download Content Management.

Hi,

Im very new to php and have got my own site www.dc1pop.co.uk at the moment im trying to add a upload and download funtion to my site.

The exact one im wanting is like the one at symbianthemes.com

Im no where near good enough to write something like this. What im wondering is how hard is ti to build and does andyone know a compnay who i could pay for not to much to build something like it for me?

They guy who runs the site says he cant sell the script to me as its closed source as he wrote it. Im in desprate need for a script like/similar to this and has the same functions!

If all you need is the ability to have users upload files and have also the ability to download those files, take a look at
Handling File Uploads and move_uploaded_file(). I'm sure once you had the files on the server you could generate the links through a database of some sort.
