PHP, MySQL,CSS, etc... programming

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum!!

Is there any really basic step by step tutorials for the following??

PHP
SQL and SQL databases
CSS

and whatever programming languages is involved in building an forum from scratch.. The reason why i need it step by step because i have learning difficultites. Is there step by step tutorials for C/C++?? Or will that be going beyond my level?? I really don't have money to spend for books. I was plan on getting all info from the net or from forums. Well if all you're building is a forum, then no C/C++ is required. As for learning PHP/MySQL/CSS, there are plenty of sites on the internet. You can always use google, but here are some that I found on google:

Ok, just by scanning though them i'm lost. I don't even know HTML. Listen it's not my problem i have learning difficultites. If there not step by step then i can't do it then i need someone to teach me. Does anyone want to teach me for free of charge??

You need to learn how to do some things on your own, you'll never get anywhere unless you can teach yourself some things.

Go Google search or Beginners HTML Tutorials or some such, leanr some HTML, then go read some basic PHP tutorials.

Don't expect it to be easy, and don't expect that everything gets handed to you on a frickin' silver platter.

No one is going to do this free of charge, I know a few people with learning difficuilties even one that has the mind of a child learning some basic PHP HTML no offence or anything but at least try from what ive read it doesnt even look as if your at least giving it ago.

And you may have noticed the all the answers are the same. Since you're not satisfied with any of them, I guess there's nothing more that can be done for you here.

If you do have learning difficulties of some sort, and you're not just a net.prank, then it would be more important for you to find out about coping or dealing with those first. Fact is, you are the one who is going to have to make the effort. No-one can do it for you.
