Please help me with my online RPG

Hiya everyone!

I was wondering if you all could try to help me solve my dilemma.

I am trying to get my RPG, Knights and Wizards RPG, to be able to let people click links to get to places, and not have to use forms.

I.E. here is an example navigation

[URL=http://]Battle[/URL]
[URL=http://]Store[/URL]

The links arent active, they are just to show what i want.
I know I could probably pass variables through the URL, but I dont want people to be able to copy and paste the URL to get back to it easily later.

The way it is now, I have it set up so that when people click on a link, it is actually a form, in the... form... of an image.
The form passes the value to the database of the page the are trying to access, and loads the page.

But, the form solution makes users resubmit their info when they hit the "back" button, and this is very annyoing to me =(.

I want something similar such as
Alien AA
Where they have links that you just click, but copy and pasting doesnt work.

Use a session. That way, you can keep track of all the information and make sure they're not spoofing where they are (which means teleportation...).

Could you please give me a code of example of how to stop them from Teleporting?

I am using sessions instead of cookies currently, but I cant seem to figure how to stop the teleporting besides using forms, and the forms are bad because I have to use images or the submit boxes to use them properly.
