I can do the web forms with Frontpage so when you click submit it sends and e-mail, I also created the database tables with a web utility that my web hosting provider includes with the service called phpMyAdmin and it's really cool and easy to use it was my first time and it wasn't to complicated, what I really need to do is create a password protected page so users can login then they can choose what web form they want to use and when they click submit they go to another page to review the results before they can choose to click submit again or go back and make changes, the magic is to have the results e-mailed and update the database at the same time, is that too much? sounds like a lot, with Frontpage and Access is possible but I'm out of luck the hosting provider we have doesnt support access for security reasons, and I'm willing to learn php but I'm new to it, seems like everything that I find on the web related to what I'm trying to do links me sooner or later to this site so I decided to post here any help will be very well appreciated, below are the tables that I'm using:

ponum int(11) No 0
povennum varchar(8) No 0
