[Resolved] Problem with format in E-mailing with PHP

Ok so I got the PHP to send an E-mail to me, and it puts in all the correct information. But, when I look at the e-mail, all the info is all on one line. How do I get it to be on diffrent lines, like an HTML <p> or <b>??

Here is my code:

$subject = "Invoice Statement for $FName $LName";
$body = 'Dear $FName $LName';
$body .= 'Thank you for you ordering a Photo VHS package. Below is a Summary of your order.';
$body .= 'Please make sure everything is correct. If there is any problems please E-mail us at [e-mail].';
$body .= 'You may also call us between 9AM and 5PM at 555-555-5555';
$body .= "";
$body .= "";
$body .= "";
$body .= "";
$body .= "";
$body .= "";
mail($EMail, $subject, $body, "From: NAME <[e-mail]>");

Also here is what the e-mail looks like

Dear Bob Jones Thank you for you ordering a Photo VHS package. Below is a Summary of your order.Please make sure everything is correct. If there is any problems please E-mail us at [e-mail] may also call us between 9AM and 5PM at 801-555-5555

If there is any way I would like it to look like this:

Dear Bob Jones
Thank you for you ordering a Photo VHS package.
Below is a Summary of your order.Please make sure everything is correct.
If there is any problems please E-mail us at [e-mail].
You may also call us between 9AM and 5PM at 801-555-5555
