I've gotten Apache 1.3 to install as a service with Win XP, but had no luck with MySQL (and using ye old DOS window didn't work either).
Has anybody successfully gotten MySQL to work with XP?
I have it running on XP Professional. I had originally set it up with IIS, but I have since installed Apache, and it is still working fine. What happens when you try to run a MySQL query? Give some details.
