I have a PDF form on my server that submits through FormMail.pl right now. I want a script to write a PHP script that will take the whole PDF file and attach it to an email and send it through the web server to me. I tried using the FDF function and emailing it through Acrobat but that ran into problems for people with Hotmail, Yahoo, and AOL accounts. Anyone ever heard of this being done before?
