Anyone have any ideas on how to do this?

I want to have a little online vote. I just want to set up a form w/ radio buttons where a user can select their favorite option and submit it.

I would like it to be anonymous but i want to make it so that a user can only vote one time. Is there a way to maybe set up a cookie so that after they submit their vote once, it will forbid them to submit it again? (It doesn't have to be too strict of a rule, if cookies file gets deleted and they can vote again, thats ok. It's kind of a casual vote)

exactly. Check whether a 'voted' cookie value has been set when a vote has been submitted. If not set, Use a set cookie command to create cookie with voted value= 'yes'. If yes, don't process the vote.
